Thank you for your support for the release of my granny square shrug last week. I hope my timing of sending the newsletter worked for all countries and if you wanted to, you managed to download the PDF while the promotion was running.
The free pattern roundup this week is good timing if you’re planning your summer makes! If you’re not there yet, you could always bookmark the page to return to for when you are.
Summer Crochet Cardigans
As well as the free crochet patterns that will hopefully inspire you for your summer cardigans, I’m exploring yarn choices, crochet stitches that work for warmer weather and my tips for getting the best results.
This roundup is useful if you want to follow a pattern or want to design your own cardigan.
Not all the patterns are seamless, some are worked in panels and sewn together. I’ve chosen different lengths as well as sleeveless, short sleeve, three-quarter sleeve and long sleeves to give you options.
Clicking the button below will take you to the article on my website.
Coming soon:
· Granny Stitch Cardigan with Hood Pattern (although you can leave the hood off if you prefer)
· Bunting Crochet Patterns Roundup
Currently Working On …
· Seamless lacy sleeveless cardigan (I’m using a fibre blend of cotton, linen and viscose and prefer this blend to cotton on it’s own).
· Seamless short sleeved cardigan (mesh with filet hearts around the bottom - a blend of cotton and acrylic.)
· Rainbow Cardigan (using Tickly Tots yarn it’s so soft!) with bobbles and loops instead of buttons – loving how this worked up. I just need to sew it together!
I’d love to know the specific patterns you would like to see coming your way in the future.
See you next week.
Happy crocheting!
